Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Guests

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

2. Cancellation by Rovinj Dolphin Excursion

If we need to cancel your tour for any reason, including weather conditions, insufficient participants, or unforeseen circumstances, we offer the following options:

  • Rescheduling: You may choose to reschedule your tour for a different date at no additional cost.
  • Full Refund: If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

We will notify you as soon as possible if any cancellations occur, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), Rovinj Dolphin Excursion reserves the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, the following options apply:

  • Rescheduling: Guests can reschedule their tours for a later date.
  • Refunds: Full refunds will be provided if rescheduling is not possible due to ongoing force majeure circumstances.

4. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Please note the following processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal Payments: PayPal refunds are processed within 1-3 business days.
