Rescheduling and Amendments: You may reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before the tour starts, subject to availability.
Tour Availability: All tours are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule based on weather conditions or other factors.
Eco-Friendly Operations: We strive to minimize our environmental impact by adhering to sustainable tourism practices.
Dolphin and Wildlife Protection: All dolphin-watching tours are conducted with the utmost care to avoid disturbing the animals in their natural habitat.
Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to process your booking and provide you with updates. This includes your name, email, and payment details.
Data Retention: We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to complete your tour and fulfill legal obligations.
Cancellation by Guests: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the tour, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Company: In the event we cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Personal Injury and Property Damage: Rovinj Dolphin Excursion is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage that occur during the tour, except where such incidents arise from our negligence.
Health and Safety: All guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour.
Guests are required to follow all safety guidelines provided by the tour operator. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
